It's actions like this that will further the cause of "Virtual Secession" that I've been pushing to anyone with the patience to listen. Honestly, we're never going to find legislators with the balls to actually do what they should do and form a unified Red State/County secession from the former United States. The next best thing is EXACTLY what this county is doing. You don't want to abide by law and the Constitution, then we won't abide by whatever crap the federal gov't tries to throw our way.

The ultimate step will be states creating federal tax sanctuaries. But I think we're a way off from that. I'll settle for victories such as this to start happening all around this landmass (sorry, I can't call it a "country" anymore.)

If the 2nd Amendment isn't enforceable, the 16th shouldn't be either. Americans can survive without the government. The government can't survive without us funding it.

Has there been a case where federal authorities and local/state police collide against each other?

As you know, Missouri is also the home of Sen. Josh Hawley, the only GOP senator with balls. Yes....it's too bad we also are home to losers like the Prosecutor in St. Louis who files charges on citizens trying to protect their own homes, and a representative who authors a bill to remove the Second Amendment.

A few years ago Missouri passed a law that essentially nullified most major federal gun control laws, including the NFA, which the statute names specifically. Hopefully they stick to their guns (kek) when the shit hits the fan with the feds.
