Trying to get the word out and have enough of us hosting the file to keep it alive long term. There is a similar listing of mirror's for Mike's first video here. Those load right away from anywhere on the planet at this point with over 20 people mirroring the content

To be part of the "community" that powers those links

  1. Install IPFS Desktop
  2. Launch IPFS Desktop
  3. On the Files tab, select Import > From IPFS
  4. In the Path to Import box, type bafybeigdwgnaonllntmie3fwcimtbop7k55g7l5kasbtbg7aeoegnguow4
  5. Select Import. If that doesn't work, check the next section of this post.
  6. Now, in the list of files that you've imported, select the ... button next to bafybeigdwgnaonllntmie3fwcimtbop7k55g7l5kasbtbg7aeoegnguow4, and then select Pin to ensure it remains on your system and available to the masses.

What if those steps didn't work because I couldn't get the file on the first step?

  1. Download the 230MB 720p .mp4 file from the rumble link, if it is still there, using telechargervideo.online or the tool of your choice.
  2. Launch IPFS Desktop
  3. On the Files tab, select Import > From File
  4. In the Open dialog, navigate to and then select the file you downloaded: unmasked-has-the-truth-about-the-2020-election-been-uncovered.mp4
  5. Select Import
  6. Now, in the list of files that you've imported, select the ... button next to unmasked-has-the-truth-about-the-2020-election-been-uncovered.mp4, and then select Pin to ensure it remains on your system and serving to other clients

At this point your computer will become part of the set of machines across the internet making those links available for the rest of us.

Paging u/MI_MAGA and u/the_archivist since I know you both know IPFS fairly well - I have bad upstream at the moment. Would be great if you could download original and pin as well.

Pinned here as well. Yes, good to know we have a small group of ipfs users. There are some pedes over in https://communities.win/c/Technology discussing decentralized tech and other pro-privacy anti-censorship tech. Either of you aware of that?
