The volume of hacking attempts or the number of breaches or even just the fact that the machines were connected to the internet should be enough to get some kind of probable cause. Right? The whole basis of election security is whether it's connected to the internet and as the Col said at the hearing if it's usb drive has been disabled. Just a photo of the hardware should prove that.
Oh, I’m going to speak with the lawyers and see if I’m going to play my ace card and/or give testimony in whatever way, and couple it with exactly the things you’re mentioning. These guys aren’t mopes, I’ve checked cases they’ve done, and they have a stellar record, and a resume of cases that were particularly large in scope and involved a good deal of scrutiny from the media.
Their own user manuals and recorded pitches to states specifically states connection to the internet, and conveniently we pulled John Polous out of his hole to testify, which we can use as evidence to of malfeasance.
There’s a clause in elections called “election purity”. It’s the same thing William Bailey filed suit for and won in Antrim Co., Michigan, so we also have precedent.
This is actually incredibly solid and simple law. Once the allegation is made, we can move to discovery which equals an audit, same move Matthew DePerno did for Bailey.
The other thing is, just like Bailey, we really wouldn’t have to submit any evidence whatsoever- just file the suit and ask for discovery, we get an audit. And we have thousands of William Bailey’s this go around, the people on the ground of Maricopa County, to say they’re angry is an understatement. The recall for the board- people were lined up down the street. The people running it asked the land lord for a bigger building, haha.
I just see it as a way better option than the legislative front, even though there’s a few good people, I have no interest in sitting around twiddling my thumbs getting screwed over and over to the point I’m just waiting (as I was over the weekend) to get screwed, I just had the wrong guy (AG vs a cowardly Republican, how could I have not of guessed that haha).
This is real, has citizen backing, has private funding, has top notch people involved, I’m going to see what the legislature do over this week, if the legislature just goes back to court, I’m going in to the citizen lawsuit full tilt. I can’t let 15 states just go, “oh we don’t want to deal with that”. We can show we can get it done, they’ll follow. That’s what I’ve heard. They don’t want to be first, all cowards, but I’ll head right to Wisconsin myself as soon as this audits done if I have to, again.
I know you say you don't need money, support, funding, etc. but know it has crossed at least one patriot's mind to help support your team. I am sorry that you must be missing your family and your day-to-day life at this point but we are very, very proud of you. There are not enough fighters in this world, and I am grateful that you are still trying to turn over every rock and make this happen - and are willing to go to Wisconsin and do it all again.
We need some hope. Day after day, it feels like we're getting kicked down, over and over.
Yeah, I know the private lawsuit is going but I got more info on the time line, this is months and months and months. The legislature are really the only option and we’re screwed there. I don’t know what options are left here. I may try to convince Wisconsin of doing an audit, or another state, I’m not sure, Arizona really was to be the lynchpin, I said this back when we were still doing Antrim. And we’re at an impasse, we don’t have the votes when we should, and their court case is absurd.
It’s like a principal suing the janitor for not letting him check tests he thinks were cheated on. The janitor has nothing to do with testing at a school, yet here we are, a legislature is in court with a political subdivision asking them “can we please do our jobs!” And the board are going, “no, no you can’t, go away”
So who is in charge of determining when it is time to send your team home? Is there any possibility of the audit happening anyway? Is the BoS going to just keep security around the building until you give up, or could you wait til they go away and then just go in with the blessing /escort of the Senate?
I actually like this audit happening as a citizen group case. It's all about the citizens aka We The People taking back what is their right: a free and fair election.
The people can get their audit and demand laws which make the machine company update and upgrade to higher standards:
Oh the fun part is the damages. We can literally force Dominion out of the state. And we can do that 1 by 1 if these freaking states are filled with spineless corrupt uniparty members. Not entirely too difficult.
Don’t get me wrong, it takes awhile, but it works.
People don’t realize a lot of things of why this audit matters so much beyond just voter transparency in Maricopa.
At this point that is a citizen lawsuit (just one person), I really don’t know what to do on the legal front, besides calling emailing legislature asking why nothing is getting done, you’ve been told over and over an audit would happen they never do anything,
Get setup with Board of Supervisors recall and Boyer’s recall if you’re local
And really peaceful protests need to be set up immediately.
Their own user manuals and recorded pitches to states specifically states connection to the internet, and conveniently we pulled John Polous out of his hole to testify, which we can use as evidence to of malfeasance.
Was this the public hearing or a private deposition?
I think the senators and politicians have heard that machines in general can be hacked, but they either don't know the machines in use in particular can be hacked. It's some nebulous technical idea or possibility that they don't really understand.
Won't that change if you show them the satellite records of precise attacks--all the details and exactly how many votes changed?
If I'm a politician and somebody shows me digital vote theft evidence documented, I pay attention. There's got to be a way to present the evidence as proof, incontrovertible and compelling.
A lot of the presentations by Trump's attorneys either on TV, at hearings, in court, on Twitter or on websites has not been compelling.
And no, we’ve told these guys EVERYTHING, actually more than has been publicly available about the Antrim audit by a lot, it’s not about evidence, they just simply don’t care.
Look, I don't know who you actually are, but what help do you need? I'm in the midwest, but this is so utterly important. The censorship is so blatent now, we need a breakthrough somewhere, and Arizona seems like the closest that could do it. I'm struggling here, feeling helpless. Is there anything we can do for you?
What does a judge need to see to approve? Probable cause? What's the standard?
Can the forensic audit of the satellite data on Bryne's site be used? It shows many hacks into the system and 29,704 votes stolen in Maricopa County:

Borelli just talked about custody. There may be a legal avenue to force custody and then subpoena the custodian?
The legal requirement of custody is unequivocal. Those records can't be left in the hands of the supervisors. He needs to get moving on this ASAP.
Is any senator really going to vote to try and block custody of the records to the custodian?

Fortunately the citizens have some time. There is no longer the high-stress time crunch of January 2021.
How can Maricopa County residents help? Monetary? Petition?
Maricopa County was the 4th largest county in the US in 2019.
Some people don't realize that this is the battleground County

Public, look up John Polous Michigan Testimony.

Lied over and over ...no one cares
