I actually like this audit happening as a citizen group case. It's all about the citizens aka We The People taking back what is their right: a free and fair election.
The people can get their audit and demand laws which make the machine company update and upgrade to higher standards:
Oh the fun part is the damages. We can literally force Dominion out of the state. And we can do that 1 by 1 if these freaking states are filled with spineless corrupt uniparty members. Not entirely too difficult.
