Yeah, I know the private lawsuit is going but I got more info on the time line, this is months and months and months. The legislature are really the only option and we’re screwed there. I don’t know what options are left here. I may try to convince Wisconsin of doing an audit, or another state, I’m not sure, Arizona really was to be the lynchpin, I said this back when we were still doing Antrim. And we’re at an impasse, we don’t have the votes when we should, and their court case is absurd.

It’s like a principal suing the janitor for not letting him check tests he thinks were cheated on. The janitor has nothing to do with testing at a school, yet here we are, a legislature is in court with a political subdivision asking them “can we please do our jobs!” And the board are going, “no, no you can’t, go away”

Borelli just talked about custody. There may be a legal avenue to force custody and then subpoena the custodian?

The legal requirement of custody is unequivocal. Those records can't be left in the hands of the supervisors. He needs to get moving on this ASAP.

Is any senator really going to vote to try and block custody of the records to the custodian?

Absolutely no avenues legislatively, and they could- 15 democrats and Paul D. Boyer. They tried today to talk to Boyer, he won’t even pick up the phone.

Did you see the bullshit he tweeted:

“And if men are friends, there is no need of justice between them (Paul Boyer and Bill Gates of the Board are friends); whereas merely to be just is not enough—a feeling of friendship also is necessary. Indeed the highest form of justice seems to have an element of friendly feeling in it. (I would never do anything unjust to my friends, fuck my constituents)" Nicomachean Ethics 8.4”

That’s how bad it is. Imagine voting against your constituents, being the most hated man in America, and posting that. I literally want to rip every hair out of my head reading this crap time and time again from god damn republicans, the biggest cowards in the universe.

The private lawsuit is moving though, it’s just slow and we don’t know if a judge may just say no.

Can they shop for a venue/judge? And does it have to be Maricopa County? The hacking forensics show two other AZ counties' election systems were hacked. Trump "lost" Arizona by 10,457 votes, but each of the three hacks was much more than that.

So who is in charge of determining when it is time to send your team home? Is there any possibility of the audit happening anyway? Is the BoS going to just keep security around the building until you give up, or could you wait til they go away and then just go in with the blessing /escort of the Senate?

Well we do not have the authority as a team to go in from the legislature as of right now, we have a verbal agreement, and a proposal they were to sign once they had “authority”. And the legislature are doing basically nothing because of Boyer. Waldron left days ago, he was supposed to come back today or tomorrow.

I flew myself out on my own dime, and paid for my lodging on my own dime. I wanted to help the legislature prepare, give them the info, which I did, but we are where we’re are. I would have been repaid for my expenses when the audit went through, that was my plan-

Now I’m just down a couple thousand in expenses. But I don’t want any money from anyone, I just want the audit to be done. I stand to lose a lot more with the deposition I have upcoming for Dominion’s lawsuit, which they may file against me too.

There is a possibility on two- maybe three fronts, I’m waiting till Friday to leave myself. I still will keep in contact with these people to get shit moving, I just cannot leave my family and actual work any longer I’m afraid. If they go to court, I’m just leaving and staying in contact with the private firm that is going to file a lawsuit on the behalf of a citizen, possibly multiple.

The legislature are basically letting the janitor control them, Kelli Ward won’t allow an audit of her election, it’s a mess.

I got an idea. I think there should be a public "point person" for the citizen lawsuit(s). How about Sonny Borelli!? :-)

It is needs a point person but somebody who is tough, knowledgeable and trusted. Borelli is that man!

He'd be passing the baton and making sure all his work is not wasted for a cause he really believes in.

The supervisors and Boyer have disrespected him so badly. He should be allowed to do this. Do you agree?

They supported him. Now he can return the favor and support them..

Oh there is already haha, may be someone whose leading the recall efforts for the board :). I’ve been speaking with the law firm though to see, would it make any difference if say, we had around 50,000 plaintiffs? Haha. (Basically ask the people supporting the recall if they’d like to join the suit). I’m no legal guy though, I don’t know if that’s possible and/or helpful.

I know Borelli could, but I think they want to run the regular citizen/Bailey playbook.

I think Borelli is best at fighting it legislatively, I haven’t talked to him since late yesterday, but I just do not understand how a political subdivision even needs to be taken to court.

Like I’ve said and Borelli has used similar language, it’s like the principal and superintendent having some evidence that the schools final exam had mass cheating on, someone gave out the test bank, and the principal asks for the students tests and for someone to look at the test bank, and the janitor says, “wait a second, you guys can’t do that!”. Is the principal going to take the janitor to court? Or get the tests himself and look at them and then fire the janitor?

If Boyer is recalled and replaced, or resigns, I also don’t know what happens then to the vote, if the 15 republicans can then win it, not sure. Because then it’d be 15-14, instead of 15-15.

I have a question for you: how can the forensic dataset of the hacking be verified?

Nekroziz [S] 8 points ago +8 / -0

Jesus, thank you, I just noticed know that when I was adding info to it. That’s why I usually never type emails and posts haha.

But that’s the problem- in Michigan, it was to be verified by the court, Dominion and Dana Nessel filed an injunction to stop its release, I just have a personal copy, so basically if anyone were to release it on my behalf, it’d be “debunked” instantly.

Then Epoch Times were supposed to verify it, they backed out after the 6th stuff.

Then Rudy Giuliani via Jenna Ellis was supposed to verify it, they were compromised and were going to send my info to someone (FBI, Dominion, etc).

Then in the Maricopa audit, I was going to legally be able to compare the two data sets (Antrim and Maricopa), if they matched, then nobody could do anything to “debunk” it. Then that went to shit.

I have the log files off the physical machines we audited in Antrim. In Mike Lindell’s doc, at the end, they had I’ll say, “comparable” data to what I do. Then the actual images of the machines, I have the EMS and a few others from Antrim, it’s just extremely hard to verify without corroboration at minimum.

This Maricopa audit was so, so important on so many fronts. Still in shock.
