Well we do not have the authority as a team to go in from the legislature as of right now, we have a verbal agreement, and a proposal they were to sign once they had “authority”. And the legislature are doing basically nothing because of Boyer. Waldron left days ago, he was supposed to come back today or tomorrow.
I flew myself out on my own dime, and paid for my lodging on my own dime. I wanted to help the legislature prepare, give them the info, which I did, but we are where we’re are. I would have been repaid for my expenses when the audit went through, that was my plan-
Now I’m just down a couple thousand in expenses. But I don’t want any money from anyone, I just want the audit to be done. I stand to lose a lot more with the deposition I have upcoming for Dominion’s lawsuit, which they may file against me too.
There is a possibility on two- maybe three fronts, I’m waiting till Friday to leave myself. I still will keep in contact with these people to get shit moving, I just cannot leave my family and actual work any longer I’m afraid. If they go to court, I’m just leaving and staying in contact with the private firm that is going to file a lawsuit on the behalf of a citizen, possibly multiple.
The legislature are basically letting the janitor control them, Kelli Ward won’t allow an audit of her election, it’s a mess.

I’ve been speaking with the law firm though to see, would it make any difference if say, we had around 50,000 plaintiffs? Haha. (Basically ask the people supporting the recall if they’d like to join the suit). I’m no legal guy though, I don’t know if that’s possible and/or helpful.

I think Borelli is best at fighting it legislatively, I haven’t talked to him since late yesterday, but I just do not understand how a political subdivision even needs to be taken to court.
Like I’ve said and Borelli has used similar language, it’s like the principal and superintendent having some evidence that the schools final exam had mass cheating on, someone gave out the test bank, and the principal asks for the students tests and for someone to look at the test bank, and the janitor says, “wait a second, you guys can’t do that!”. Is the principal going to take the janitor to court? Or get the tests himself and look at them and then fire the janitor?
If Boyer is recalled and replaced, or resigns, I also don’t know what happens then to the vote, if the 15 republicans can then win it, not sure. Because then it’d be 15-14, instead of 15-15.
It definitely is a bizarre political situation in AZ that what happened was even possible.
The sooner Boyer is gone, the better. We need recall experts to expedite if he doesn't resign, effective immediately.
Have you ever talked to Bobby Piton? He was at the AZ hearing, made a splash. The thing is he can crunch data to find out which pols in AZ cheated. He could dig up some very useful info on traitors. Imagine if they get outed for election fraud!

Then Rudy Giuliani via Jenna Ellis was supposed to verify it, they were compromised and were going to send my info to someone (FBI, Dominion, etc).
Then in the Maricopa audit, I was going to legally be able to compare the two data sets (Antrim and Maricopa), if they matched, then nobody could do anything to “debunk” it. Then that went to shit.
I have the log files off the physical machines we audited in Antrim. In Mike Lindell’s doc, at the end, they had I’ll say, “comparable” data to what I do. Then the actual images of the machines, I have the EMS and a few others from Antrim, it’s just extremely hard to verify without corroboration at minimum.
This Maricopa audit was so, so important on so many fronts. Still in shock.

Well, I give them a link to my file server, which I was monitoring because I never gave anyone my data, and it could have landed certain people (including myself) in trouble because I was transmitting Dominion’s intellectual property. As soon as I gave them the link, I saw a single download, fine.
Then the 6th came, debacle occurred, I get dozens of IP’s hitting it, and I cross check them- they were intel orgs. I ask Ellis what was going on, I got a reply that offered no response to my question, and asked for my affidavit to be signed (meaning they get my name, because we only drafted the contents). This spooked me 10 fold, so I contacted some others I knew were working with the Trump team, one was called by the FBI to basically volunteer for an interrogation. I fucked off.
Michael Flynn also said same day there was a a compromised person involved, don’t know who it is, but I certainly dodged a bullet.
Since the people in charge of the machines in other states know about how the Board of supervisors have acted very suspiciously can't they get to work on getting authority for a forensic audit in say Wisconsin or Pennsylvania while things get settled in court with BoS and Boyer? We need to be as efficient as possible as to not let this get swept under the rug or memory holed even by the official state legislatures who still believe the election was stolen?
There cowards, to different degrees, but my one contact in Wisconsin, said after yesterday they don’t want to get involved.
They feel like it’s a catch 22; A.) they bring it up, they follow through, people may not like the audit.
B.) they bring it up, can’t get it done, are blamed
C. They bring it up, get it done, are lambasted by your Liz Cheney’s, McConnel’s, and Mitt Romney’s of the world, and the leftist media brand them GOQ guys.

I got an idea. I think there should be a public "point person" for the citizen lawsuit(s). How about Sonny Borelli!? :-)
