Did Ducey actually make a statement or is that just inside information? Ward seems to still want the audit but realizes she can't waste all the AZGOP's energy on this audit since it appears to be going back to court. There really isn't anything the AZGOP can do at this point anyway(I am talking about the affiliate organization. Not the GOP legislators). I do think that she needs to audit her own election if she is concerned about voter integrity and wants a higher chance at getting an audit.

And yes she does, but they do, they can simply reintroduce the resolution, or right now send the sergeant at arms to get the things requested as the board have even said the legislature can do it.

The legislature have the power to do the audit, they don’t need to go to court to beg the judge to ask the board to do what they’re told. A principal at a school doesn’t take the janitor to court over him not wanting to mop the floors, he fires him.
