Guys, I got a few days left, these sham audits the board believe will satisfy the judge (and the people). The legislature don’t have the votes for a resolution of holding the board in contempt, but could have the sergeant at arms get the machines and ballots for them- if they have the vote for that. Kelli Ward is backpedaling slightly already (let’s talk about socialism instead bullshit)
Boyer is being recalled, Board are too.
But if no audit is done, a lot of things are fucked. Audits in 15 other states, defamation lawsuits bankrupting almost every MAGA figure including Trump and his family (probably wouldn’t bankrupt them but very close), censuring Trump (not sure what that does but Dems think it’ll stop him from holding office ever again), most importantly Dominion 2.0 spreading to 12 more states.
We have a citizen lawsuit possibility, that’s still months out.
What do I do? We need to be contacting the legislature, attorney general, board of Supervisors, the recorder, freaking everyone round the clock, but what more can I do?
I want to organize a protest at the MCTEC building during the fake audits. How could I get enough AZ pedes to get that done peacefully? They want to livestream the audit, make it look official, I think a few pedes there to say it’s fake will do the trick
I thought the second audit already started? They denied political parties and their representatives the ability to observe anyway so it isn't even close to official. They also are only looking at a hand full of ballots handpicked by the board anyway. Speak to the guys at WeThePeopleAZAlliance that are doing the recalls. Try to contact Shelby Busch if you want to organize a protest.
Yes it has, SLI are in now. Don’t mean anyone can stop the audit, but more looking to highlight its inherent fraudulence. At this point, I’m looking into using a proxy to file suit against the state of Arizona for a purity of vote playbook a la Bailey vs. Michigan. Another group are looking to do it, but after speaking more with them, the firm are serious, but it comes with a serious price tag that I’m unsure they could raise the capital to do so.
I got the number, financially it’ll hurt me, bad, but I cannot let this bullshit continue. If I have the chance, I’ll take it. I made good money on converting my personal finances to crypto back in 2013, I guess I’ll take it as paying it forward if I need to.
I am going to talk to a few other groups though to see if fund raising could work with a few investors, the public, and me.
We need to be very careful about the money as I am sure you agree. You were just mentioning a few days ago about the shady social media fundraising. Lots of patriots would contribute to the cause, but the money handler would be tempted because of how much would come in. Even people who have never stolen a dime in their life. Patriots contributed $200m to the GOP stop the steal and the money was pocketed.
Attorneys can be very shady as you know. Many politicians were attorneys. They get tempted with money even if the are clean or have a good rep. The vetting process would need to be extremely diligent. We don't want another Trump-Cipolone disaster or Trump-Rudy failure. There are also wimp attorneys who can start a case then quickly fold like a cheap suit when threatened by political activists.

Their defamation lawsuits won't bankrupt anyone. I had a friend who was the plaintiff in a defamation lawsuit. He had all the evidence. Slam dunk. Then he had to prove financial loss from damage to his reputation. He couldn't do it.
You already said that the voting machine company is getting contracts in 12 more states. And no state has said it is cancelling its contracts. So even if they had all the evidence they'd be defamed, they can't win any damages.
When a lawsuit is filed seeking a billion dollars in damages it's useless when they can't prove a billion dollars of damage.
But they don't even have the most basic evidence there is nothing wrong with their machines that can be exploited. There isn't just evidence against this, there is absolute proof. The forensic audit was completed.
We have a citizen lawsuit possibility, that’s still months out.
You don't have to wait months. Bailey didn't, right? Good lawyers move quickly. The Class Action in the recent GME-Robinhood case was filed the day of or the day after the scandal broke. Lightning speed in this case must be investigated. You need the right lawyer. Did you ask Deperno for the names of Arizona lawyers who are as fast and competent as he is?
Eh, it’s just with how this political system has been going, I could see a Coomer/Dominion win, and there are some strange things going on with the company that could suggest what amounts to a new can of paint for Dominion, that they could allege the company was bankrupted because of it. It’s extremely shady stuff, I’m no lawyer and don’t pretend to be so I could be 100% wrong in that department. There also is supposedly some environmental business Coomer and Co. have that are getting kickbacks, I’ve done no research yet on it myself, may be looking into that very very soon.
And absolutely, DePerno was the first guy I called upon to help me. Again with this, it’s just a worry that the climate during Bailey will never again exist to speed through a lawsuit to get discovery quickly to audit quickly. The law firm have told me it could be done in weeks even, just money really there on that front. I do have 3 firms that came highly recommended that I’ve sent communications to, maybe one will be a little cheaper.
Sorry, one is Snell & Wilmer. Should recognize them :)
The largest law firm representing the Trump campaign or its allies in post-election litigation challenging votes in key states has withdrawn from an election lawsuit in Maricopa County, Arizona. Associate Presiding Civil Judge Daniel Kiley on Tuesday granted Snell & Wilmer’s request to withdraw as counsel of record for the Republican National Committee. The RNC had teamed-up with the Trump campaign and the Arizona Republican Party in the case, which alleges that Maricopa County incorrectly rejected some votes cast on Election Day.
This is a cause for concern: they withdrew almost immediately:
Snell & Wilmer partners Brett Johnson and Eric Spencer first moved to withdraw on Sunday, a day after the case was filed.
Other law firms can cuck out under media pressure and social media pressure.
Two other large law firms that have represented the Trump campaign in election litigation, Jones Day and Porter Wright Morris & Arthur, have faced an onslaught of online criticism this week from critics who say the cases erode confidence in the democratic process, sparked by a Monday New York Times story focused on the firms' roles.
Obviously it slows down the process. And this case is one where the quicker it is filed and the process quick, the better. The attorneys (and maybe law firm, too) have to be as based and committed as the citizen(s) filing the suit.
Lawyers are supposed to be tough but too many are not as tough as we'd like to think. I respect the one-man army attorneys like Deperno.
I'd be shocked if there isn't at least one based Patriot attorney who isn't champing at the bit to get this case. You know what I'm saying? Every Patriot wants to do something and some Patriots are attorneys.
P.S. There was a GOP legal case some years ago. I forget the issue. The GOP's law firm was a major law firm. It was the type that has 500 attorneys, has been around forever, and everybody knows. Everything looks legit.
They started the case, but not long afterwards, they withdrew. They were criticized for being fickle or uncommitted.
The point is law firm size and reputation don't guarantee commitment.
The GOP must have thought, "It's a major firm and they've helped the GOP before. Let's go with them."
Many attorneys are in it for the money and they don't really care about the politics, or the change to politics that could result from the case. They are more interested in the case than the cause.
This election fraud needs a based lawyer who is more committed to the cause than the case. If they are committed to the cause, they'll be committed to the case.
It goes without saying now it means nothing if a law firm has previously represented the GOP. You've talked about how many fake GOP politicians there are whose basic cause is their parking space not our national security. You can bet there are as many fake GOP lawyers as there are fake GOP politicians.
but could have the sergeant at arms get the machines and ballots for them- if they have the vote for that.
The state is clear on custody of ballots. Borelli was explaining this in the video you posted. This is a very good idea to get the machines and ballots.
Yeah, I wish they’d go that route, I just know the problem is the ballots don’t exist. Originals anyway. The guy who is supposed to have them, state treasurer, is dumbfounded. It’s in the law he gets them, and he said he’d be glad to hand them over.
Like there’s so many laws being broken here it’s absolutely insane
Yes, it’s pretty simple, board of Supervisors were to hand the ballots to the state treasurer after the election, they didn’t. Once the new treasurer came in, he asked and asked and asked, and they told him go away.

Great video by Lyle Rapacki detailing the entire ordeal in Arizona.

Yeah I thought about it, went back to the legislative route, it almost 100% will end in people being scammed and I’m not being the coauthor of that.

Well, they filed, libertarian party :).

Could you share all the ways the chain of custody was broken in az or share a resource that explains it all?
Yes, it’s pretty simple, board of Supervisors were to hand the ballots to the state treasurer after the election, they didn’t. Once the new treasurer came in, he asked and asked and asked, and they told him go away.
