Yes. Peterson is saying it’s an insurance policy, but “people” advised him to stop wasting his time in court when you already know what the outcome will be

okay so what do you think will happen now? Is there anyway you guys will get in there anytime soon? Or is the can getting kicked down the road. Its crazy to think that you guys could have been done by now....

That looks great! Don't know if the "retroactive" part can stick but the rest looks like just what they need to avoid future goat ropes like Maricopa.

Absolutely, it’s an insurance policy, but the retroactive part was OUR insurance policy (grab the machines and ballots whenever we please).
