That looks great! Don't know if the "retroactive" part can stick but the rest looks like just what they need to avoid future goat ropes like Maricopa.

Absolutely, it’s an insurance policy, but the retroactive part was OUR insurance policy (grab the machines and ballots whenever we please).

So why can't they go and grab them now since the bill was passed? Or was it just proposed without a vote on it?
