In AZ mail in ballots were given instructions specifically to only use ballpoint pens to fill out the ballots.
In AZ on voting day it was sharpies in booths. Maybe markers too but no pens.
What would you think of this? Is this so they know where the ballots come from or is it so that ballots go to ajudication? Or maybe this doesn't matter?
From all that has been said so far, especially with the excess adjudication issue, my inference is that the Sharpies were provided to make the ballots go to adjudication so they could be mass-assigned to Bidet regardless of whomever they were supposed to be for.
