Petersen seems easy to talk to.

There were multiple legislatures that didn't even know their powers. It's a bit odd. I like the mindset at times like this, "Act now; ask for forgiveness later." Leadership means leading and not asking for emotional support after each decision or second guessing yourself all the time. Move on principle and let the chips land wherever. There's too much at stake to not look for and seize opportunities.

This case needs leaders not bureaucrats. I like Fann but we need a more aggressive play. She keeps reacting because the other side is always a step or two ahead, playing chess while she is playing checkers. They need to think ahead more and take control of the situation instead of getting walked over and played again. It's ironic if Ward doesn't see how making a name for herself doing the right thing on a vital issue will win her many points and significant goodwill for years to come. People never forget the person who steps up in a time of crisis.

What about the custodian angle? Borrelli has been talking about this but not acting on it. He needs better legal counsel. The law, he says, requires custody of the stuff by the custodian. Failure is a felony. There is no provision of the law for "litigation" as an excuse to keep the stuff, is there? So get the Marshall to seize and impound everything stuff tonight! No votes. No meetings. No discussions. Action!

Oh they know their powers they just don’t want to use them. It’s all biding time in hopes the populace give up or stop caring. They just had to care a bit for guys like Peterson of Borelli who actually give a shit. Fann is nice but not right for the job. Their should have been no court, no talks, it shouldn’t have been an ASK for the ballots and machines, it should have been a DEMAND for the ballots and machines. The legislature hold all the power. It’s like the police subdivision saying, nah, we don’t care about murders. You think they take them to court they did that?

And I don’t even get what’s going on with the state treasurer, he’s now on his 4th request for the ballots, now they’re not even giving responses. By law he was to get them 2 months and 1 week ago.

But Peterson, you call his office and he has time he will talk to anybody and LISTEN. He’s a great man. Borelli is a true champion of the people as well. Never met anyone close to either of them in how serious they take their roles, and the voices of their constituents.

I think you need to focus on this with Sonny Borrelli until you guys figure it out. He understands it somewhat and he's almost there. I believe it's key to the breakthrough.
