We dissolve the District of Columbia and grant that land to Virginia.

We enact term limits, any currently seated politician past the term limits will be ineligible to run post reforms.

We relocate the Nations Capitol to Texas.

We 100% new elections, for all US Senators and House Reps.

We dump the Biden Administration into the Potomac.

We seat Donald J. Trump private citizen to be our temporary Leader, until we can hold a NEW Presidential Election in 2024.

Nah it would be the state delegates but it sounds like it could end in disaster because it's so chaotic. Nothing in the constitution defines the rules of a constitutional convention so they could do anything.
