Unlike the Xiden admin, Trump didn’t have the support of the gop for his transition. The Dominioncrats have an army of lawyers lined up to feed the administration for Xiden.
They've created a legal system entirely revolving the "letter of the law" and completely forgotten about "the intent of the law".
In fact, distorting the laws to achieve a desired result, no matter how unethical, seems to be an end unto itself and an achievement to brag about at cocktail parties.
Fantastic point! - Cocktail party invites are the "muh pension" excuse of the want to be elite.
I've always shook my head in amazement that these insecure people are so star stuck by those they wish to emulate. We witnessed it with Fox News over the years, until it reached a point where anyone from Fox were persona non grata. I guess all the cucking was for nothing.
Originalists or textualists like Scalia and Thomas interpret the law as the founders wrote it.
The left interprets the law how they believe it should be intended in modern times or as you put it, "the intent of the law".
We want the law to be interpreted as written. For example 2A, "shall not be infringed". Instead we have commies trying to interpret the "spirit of the law" which results in them stepping all over our rights.
As a former practicing attorney... the entire system is run by self-serving kleptocrats and communists who only care about building their own fiefdoms. The state bar associations that state governments have ceded oversight of the profession to are all run by far left lunatics. There are stories out of my state alone that will make your blood boil. Corrupt government officials and big firm lawyers are protected while they go after independent lawyers and small firms for ANYTHING some trash Karen complains about through an online form they can submit 24/7. Then they publish all the “action” they have annually to show how they are protecting the public... except their job is supposed to be to protect the profession AND the public and they do absolutely zilch to support attorneys who pay $700+ per year for membership that is mandatory.
Trump couldn't even get his executive appointments confirmed in a timely manner -- and the GOP had control of the Senate all 4 years.
It's pretty obvious that (1) 40 some odd GOP House members retired in 2018 instead of ran for re-election to help Dems get control of the House to run the 1st shampeachment; (2) if Mueller had found ANYTHING AT ALL, the Senate would have convicted Trump on that shampeachment; (3) Mitch did the "best he could under the circumstance" -- i.e, slow down and thwart Trump's executive branch appointments by spending all his time on the things he (Mitch) cared about -- judicial appointments.
Look how the GOP gave Trump the finger on that Consolidated Spending bill in December.
The GOP is just as complicit in stealing the election as the Dems are -- they wanted Trump gone just as much as the Dems do. They just want to pretend to oppose the Dems, not actually deliver results for us.
Remember the vote to keep Liz Cheney by secret ballot -- 145 House GOP voted for her. If this 2nd shampeachment was by secret ballot, all of them would have voted to impeach too.
Yep, you hit the nail on the head. GOP wanted him out, put up with him as an illusion for that a two party system exists to keep them in power and rich.
Bingo. They all hated Trump. They want to go back to the old way of things being controlled opposition, having cocktail parties with Democrats, doing backroom deals together, and being the minority party where they can shill for donations from concerned conservatives saying "Donate $100 Now To Stop The Democrat Agenda"
They are quite happy to be the minority party again with no power. Notice how many bills they are introducing knowing that they won't pass or even get voted on? Funny how they never pushed these bills when they had full power with Trump.
Washington DC is hopeless and unsalvageable. Everyone there is a Democrat. Every day we are not talking about balkanization and starting a new country with a capital in the heartland is a waste.
I dont think his voter approval with Republicans was as high, at the start of his term, either. By his second campaign there was more than a 90% chance a rank and file republican, he may have hired, would be a genuine supporter.
I knew what you were talking about. His odds of good hires outside the party structures was also lower at the start of his term. By the end of it any everyday republican hire would probably be a safe hire.

The Dominioncrats have an army of Neo-Marxist, hyper-communist lawyers...
FTFY
Why not just say Lawyers? It says it all in just one word.
Lawfare sucks.
They've created a legal system entirely revolving the "letter of the law" and completely forgotten about "the intent of the law".

Lawfare indeed.

You have it backwards.
Now do the 2nd amd.
Wrong. The 'intent of the law' is what the Commies have been using; not the 'letter of the law'.

Thanks for the link. Talk about a corrupt cabal.
They aren't "neo" anything. They're just fucking communists. No deeper discernment is merited.
They hope to keep their money and possessions and join the "Inner Party".
They have a bunch of fascists too. The pedocrats is the party of absolute hatred and evil.
and judges, don't forget the judges
THIS.

1000 lawyers as part of our most extensive voter fraud organization in US history.

We all figured out he was on our side...
I'm not talking about Republican voters, I'm talking about the GOP - the establishment Republican politicians and insiders.
I knew what you were talking about. His odds of good hires outside the party structures was also lower at the start of his term. By the end of it any everyday republican hire would probably be a safe hire.
