Looks like that was early in counting when there were large batches being counted. Biden's late spike is at 6am when large batches weren't being counted making it suspicious how he could get such a large spike when everything was basically evening out.
look at the number of votes after 6am. Just over 500k votes maybe over the course of 12 hours counted. Compared prior to that had 2 million counted in 9 hours. Joe got what looks like a 250k vote spike out of a little over 500k vote batch. You don't find that suspicious?
