Probably shouldn't have fought for the right to exclude them and instead fought for a ruling making including them illegal since they're not citizens. Isn't it funny the Democrats wanted to count their slaves for representation and now Democrats want to include their illegals for increased representation. The more things change.. the more they stay the same.
