It's not legal. They will do it anyway. And "us", and nobody else, will do anything about it. America is cucked. Something needs to happen, because this can no longer be handled legislatively, or legally.
I don't know if you mean it that way, but the "revolution" needs to happen in a different way than some 1776 LARP. I believe we need simultaneously organize locally, feed that into state level and then interstate cooperation; once new state reps are in, there needs to be a concerted effort to purge the traitors out of the judicial and bureaucratic ranks; push states to nullify not just new laws and EOs, but also existing law and EOs as the unconstitutional overreach that it is; states then need to have defense compacts that they will nullify and respect each other's nullifications of unconstitutional law; then start ramping things up based on the federal tyranny's response, likely requiring a declaration that the Federal government is illegitimate and that the several states are setting up the legitimate federal representation based on the Constitution. Then there will likely need to be an organized effort for a peaceful independence movement and an all out villainization of evil and illegitimate and tyrannical fake federal government in DC that is guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity for all their war and invasions and killing.
There will of course need to be state national guard security detail that protects the legitimate federal government of the several states that form a legitimate federal government. And there will also need to be a real understanding that the evil empire in DC will work to undermine and subvert and maybe even work to use foreign powers to attack the American people. It will also need to come with a call to the evil empire held states for all patriots to abandon their jobs and positions after they do as much to legally hamper operations (like not training others or not handing off jack) on their departure as possible. Those refugees will of course need to be monitored if they are to have any kind of position of power or control at least as long as the threat from the enemy empire in DC exists.
That may sound like a bit of a LARP, but I see that as a high level spitballing of a practical plan that actually has plausibility.
