The police chief who resigned the next day has written an 8 page latter to congress and he says intel had shown there would likely be members of both the proud boys and antifa there that day, and he saw many signs thtat it had been a planned and coordinated attack by some. He also briught up how they denied his request to call in the NG ahead of time, and then it took over 3 hours for them to approve the emergency request during the attack.
