It is still difficult to prove he "engaged in insurrection", especially when the statements being used show him saying, "be peaceful" or "peacefully".

It should be impossible to prove since there was no inciting. But, well...

What worries me a bit about this one is it only requires a simple majority vote to pass in the house and senate.

That’s.... horrifying. That means that Democrats can cancel anyone they want to just by calling their tweets “insurrection” and having a majority. And you know they’ll do it, they wouldn’t hesitate.
