Biden isn't running the show, he's just the guy they put on point and the first to get shot and taken down (figuratively). This is always how the Democrats play when their president isn't chosen. Chosen is Obama or Clintons. Selected is Biden. Kamala is Chosen.
If you go back to CA and study their child predator laws aka "Registered Sex Offenders", sentencing guidelines, etc., you'll quickly realize it was Brown (And ultimately Kamala) who were trying to change and get rid of these laws. Kamala literally backed the Catholic church (eventually taking their donations) by not giving priests up who had been named in prior affidavits as child sex offenders allowing them to roam free while refusing to help victims prosecute the priests. She was eventually rewarded with donations, via PACs and Biden. She claims she prosecuted more child predators than anyone else, but this is only because the internet predator moves after the US went online. The numbers naturally went up everywhere and they had a flood of prosecutions they had to do locally vs the FBI taking them because the FBI wasn't funding this type of crime as they were focused on Terrorism. NOW, the important part about this was the pushback from Brown's office and throughout liberal CA regarding the "funding" at the state and county level to keep tabs on released RSOs. The cost is extremely high and CA has been failing in this district financially for over a decade. They wanted to defund RSOs and make it a profit center.
This is part of their plan.
They want to do away with RSO registry's and take that cash (local budgets) and move it to rehabilitative services (university social services graduates and their voting base, aka rehab and financial interests in Healthcare or Judicial Software and prosecutorial services for offenders) - for pedophiles with the argument that recidivism rates are low, but this is 100% bullshit using studies (funded and paid for to their buddies) showing lower recidivism rates for released pedophiles. I've read the studies and they were at the 1-3 yr mark, but further research shows recidivism (commit similar crimes again) at close to 50-70% longer-term 7-10 years.
It's pretty simple to us, we know a pedo is always a pedo and will re-offend, but they are telling a lie that it's not the case, etc., for financial interests and to destabilize families.
