Was this actually deleted? I remember seeing a few deleted ones that day

They removed this along with a couple other tweets in row, for whatever reason they gave. Then shortly after just out right banned him.

I hope they know that this is all they have to say in court and their entire case is over...

I'm not even a lawyer and I can come up with a fucking defense that they can't counter no matter what and I can do it dozens of times over...

Yes, but now we live in a country like the USSR, the eastern bloc, and China where show trials have nothing to do with evidence, but are just a rubber stamp. In two years the US will be indistinguishable from those places.

And yet whatever dumbass Trump has running his defense is instead rambling about "the people voting to remove Trump from office" instead of just playing the fucking video of Trump calling for peace, showing his tweets, and playing the video of Democrats spending the last 4 years calling for violence.

yup, one was the video that they deleted of him telling everyone to go home

I think the excuse Twitter made for deleting it was that he still mentioned that the election was stolen in the video and that would insight more people to be violent.

nope, they said it incited violence... 90% sure

That's what I was saying; their excuse was that by still saying that the election was stolen, it would cause more people to be violent in retaliation to believing the election was stolen. In other words, a dog whistle.

They used a similar argument about his final tweet with his personal account stating that he would not attend the inauguration, which was that him saying he wouldn't be there was a dog whistle to his supporters that it's okay to attack the inauguration since he wouldn't be at risk of getting hurt in the attack.

Yes. Twitter deleted it right as the spirited, but mostly peaceful protest at the Capitol was happening.
