I think the excuse Twitter made for deleting it was that he still mentioned that the election was stolen in the video and that would insight more people to be violent.

That's what I was saying; their excuse was that by still saying that the election was stolen, it would cause more people to be violent in retaliation to believing the election was stolen. In other words, a dog whistle.

They used a similar argument about his final tweet with his personal account stating that he would not attend the inauguration, which was that him saying he wouldn't be there was a dog whistle to his supporters that it's okay to attack the inauguration since he wouldn't be at risk of getting hurt in the attack.
