Let me get this straight. Undercover FBI suggests that a naive and dumb 20yo break the law. The 20yo breaks the law, so the FBI arrests him. The FBI facilitated every part from suggesting the crime to having an FBI asset as the buyer. THE FBI AGENT(s) SHOULD GO TO JAIL. (www.justice.gov)

The FBI agent TOLD the kid that the guy was a Felon, the kid didn't care... That isn't entrapment, that it stupidity on the part of the kid.

I agree the kid was stupid. Kids tend to be. The FBI agent, as the most experienced, knowledgable person there, should be held responsible for suggesting, encouraging, and facilitating this crime. There's no evidence the crime would have happened at all if the FBI hadn't suggested it and pushed it.
