Sure one votes against it, but isn’t it probable that this was the plan? The others get to say “SEE WE TRIED!” That’s classic GOP. “Aww shucks we got foiled again, please donate so we can get em next time”
Don’t fall for this, ALL of it is kabuki theatre.
Yes. If you are taking money from the GOP coffers you are compromised. Watch everyone’s new darling Marjorie Taylor Greene morph into an establishment crony.
I’ve seen it happen over and over again.
The corruption is absolute. You get in the club, even as an outsider, and you WILL play ball. They will bribe you, threaten you or blackmail you. It’s that simple.
If you are incapable of hearing things that challenge your perceptions then you are on the wrong website.
Trump had a position of power by being independently wealthy. He was able to isolate himself from a good amount of the corrupting influence. But at the end of the day he did make a lot of questionable decisions. Why did he continuously surround himself with corrupt insiders? Why did he appoint swamp creatures to positions of power? Why were the events post election allowed to transpire as they were?
I, along with many here, theorized that he and his family were threatened. Remember the absolute radio silence for days? It is probable and likely that the powers that be had his family or credibly threatened them. So, yes, he WAS compromised.
How quickly every GOP member turned their back on Trump and everything that MAGA stood for. They couldn’t WAIT to get back to business as usual.
That's what I thought too...similar to the whole John McStain Obummercare repeal in 2017.
How do you run against a guy for president, have the number one thing in your party platform be repealing Obummercare since 2010, run your 2016 Senate Campaign on that issue, and then be the pivotal vote to dismantle something you railed against for 3/4 of a decade and dismantle the legacy of the guy you vehemently opposed in 2008 Presidential Run, and then not even have the balls to say "nay" when the time comes, instead opting for a thumbs down.
Truth is GOP was just fine with Obummercare and didn't really want to repeal it. They were just controlled oppn and that whole scenario was set up on purpose so we turn our attention towards getting rid of that one guy instead of every establishment fucker.
No, that's plain wrong. John McCain's own voter record would show that he supported Obamacare, the GOP supports ending Obamacare and has pushed for it repeatedly, and knocked down large parts of it using the courts.
Republicans could have been so successful had they all just stuck together when Trump was elected. Instead, they blocked him every chance they could. They should have dumped Obamacare and implemented voter id
The Republican vote to remove Liz Chaney from the GOP chairman position (due to her support of the Trump impeachment} was 145 to 61. I figure this is a pretty good count of the swamp in the GOP - 70% of the GOP is swamp. We've got a lot of work ahead of us.

So, the actions of a single RINO mean that the entire GOP is evil?

By your standards, Trump is compromised.
Grow a brain.
Incorrect assumption.

Then he should've just dropped out and endorsed Obama in '08 if that was the case. McCain is a joke.
So let’s get this straight, one CRIMINAL STATE reps voted with his criminal buddies..... time to RECALL that guy and then arrest him!
Or you could do what some of us have been telling you to do for months...
It's a lot faster, and the democrats are planning to lock up and kill you all anyway. What is there to lose?
Ignore the extra “a” in the title, autocorrect sucks.
They need to impeach that RINO then re-vote.
Republicans could have been so successful had they all just stuck together when Trump was elected. Instead, they blocked him every chance they could. They should have dumped Obamacare and implemented voter id
the second domino failed, on to the 3rd then?
He should be deeply ashamed. Deeply. The dems should too, but he should be even moreso.
FUCKING RINOS!!!! The most slimey, scummy, lying pussies to ever exist.
"Shucks, we were soooooo close! Send more campaign donations so we can keep up the fight!"
When will the 1st
mah jongg tiledomino fall? The Republican vote to remove Liz Chaney from the GOP chairman position (due to her support of the Trump impeachment} was 145 to 61. I figure this is a pretty good count of the swamp in the GOP - 70% of the GOP is swamp. We've got a lot of work ahead of us.
