Respectfully, he may be wrong in many many ways...but calling him senile underestimates the damage he can do...that's what Dems want...for us to think they're senile incompetents while they walk all over us. Biden is smart, not as sharp as he was 20 years ago, but not senile...you underestimate him at your own peril.
