It’s ridiculous we are even having this debate. Where is the English speaker when he speaks his language? Lots of English speakers live in rural areas so could speak English 24/7 and not infect anyone, Chinese big cities live 1m away from each other at all times so only need to say one sentence and have already spread more germs than the rural Englishman.
