There was a riot, aka civil disturbance, small by the standards of 2020 and most likely a false flag infused operation.

However, there was no 'insurrection".

It was a non-violent event. A little pushing and shoving is not "violent"

People were assaulted. Barriers were destroyed. Property was damaged.

Most of the people attending the rally were peaceful but there absolutely was violence.

it was a mostly peaceful event that in some parts became violent. The police shot a woman and pushed a guy to his death. The people in one area were able to grab and drag an officer as he was beaten.

Property damage isn't peaceful - that fact didn't excuse BLM in my eyes and it doesn't excuse trespass and vandalism for anyone else.
