Therefore a President must be in office to be removed. Trump is being impeached So Trump is still in office. Therefore Trump is still President Therefore the Democrats have acknowledged that Trump won the election by the fact that they are impeaching him. Follow my logic :
The Constitution says that the result of impeachment is removing the President from office.
Therefore a President must be in office to be removed.
Trump is being impeached
So Trump is still in office.
Therefore Trump is still President
Therefore the Democrats have acknowledged that Trump won the election by the fact that they are impeaching him.
