That said, I'm going to differ here, and say fathers should be able to shower their daughters. There probably are few circumstances where a father should shower a 17 year old daughter. And there are certainly some perverts who will do horrible things to their own toddler daughters. Overall, though, parents should ensure their children are properly cleaned. Further, not everyone has the means to provide a separate bedroom and shower for many children. Finally, some feel that teaching children about the human body and sex is natural, and best done in a family setting. Daughters should not be encouraged to think their fathers are perverts simply because they are men. Care should be taken that daughters who think such things are justified, and not simply uncomfortable due to outside pressures and influence. These are family decisions, and none of your business.
