I’m fully prepared to raise hell and accept the consequences of speaking out against this. We already have to attend annual equal opportunity training so I guess that’s not working because we’re now subjected to this. Is there any evidence there’s a surge in “white extremism”? What is “white extremism” anyway? Can anyone provide any evidence that’s contrary to this leftist narrative?

The bankers want revenge for the awakening of the early 20th century, and they’ll either breed you out of existence, or round you up and gas you all.

Don't know your situation, but you kick up shit about this and your days are numbered at that job. Stay quiet, and you can list it on the resignation letter that you give them, thirty seconds before you quit and go to a decent company:) It's your call.

Attend and participate. Afterwards, act out erratically at times with crying and apologizing to pocs. Visit doctor for depression. Sue employer for emotional abuse via forced racism brainwashing as a hostile work environment causing extreme emotional trauma,, possible ptsd. Go on disability, collect gibs, and live the neet life.

You should be careful.

I don't know what industry you work in or your position in it, but if you're customer facing, this can cause you to lose your job. At best, you'll be passed over for promotions and raises and you'll be the first on the list in the event a lay off occurs. If you live in an 'at will' employment state, they can just fire you. For no reason. Especially if you're not in a Union (most at will employment states don't allow unions anyway).

If you think this is the hill to die on, then go for it, but I would be cautious unless you have something else lined up and in the bag already.

I've always been lucky. Every employer/director I've had has taken the hard no stance to stupid training like this. They didn't like the idea of training like this and they always thought it was a waste of money to pay some faggots to come out and preach on a soapbox. Especially when it has nothing to do anything we do or deal with.

But you are right. They have no evidence on 'white extremism' or it being on the rise. If anything, black extremism is on the rise directly due to BLM and rioting. They accuse others of what they themselves are guilty of.

They have no stats or graphs that can show empirical data that shows 'whites' as being more extremists or violent. And all they'll do is say 'January 6th' as a reference point. One data point. Where no opposition was killed because of it and only a couple of windows got broken. So what? 60 grand in damages?

BLM rioting in MN/MI/WA/OR has racked up at least 2 billion dollars in insurance claims. Buildings were burned to the ground. Mass looting. Wonton murders. An autonomous zone was erected in Seattle where several African Americans were murdered by other African Americans.

Before we start finger pointing, One should look to themselves and what they support and ask, 'am I the problem? Or is everyone else the problem?' Typically, if everyone has the same reaction to your choices, the problem stops being with them and starts being with you.

Record everything. Report it as a hostile work environment based on race to the EEOC. Don't forget that you are white when they ask. If you don't consider yourself white you can't report. If all that fails and you lose your job release the videos to friendly media. Make sure they pay for their racism.

We witnessed an entire Summer of Black extremism. How are they not talking about extremism in general?

Expose the people teaching this garbage. Video tape it and let the public decide how they should be dealt with.

white extremism or white nationalism is simply "constitutionalist" or using the term "founding fathers"

In the winter months residing in Northern Michigan, i often go months at a time without seeing the sun. By around March I am usually extremely white. Is that what they mean?

I don't blame you but I hope you have an exit strategy.
