I’m fully prepared to raise hell and accept the consequences of speaking out against this. We already have to attend annual equal opportunity training so I guess that’s not working because we’re now subjected to this. Is there any evidence there’s a surge in “white extremism”? What is “white extremism” anyway? Can anyone provide any evidence that’s contrary to this leftist narrative?

Don't know your situation, but you kick up shit about this and your days are numbered at that job. Stay quiet, and you can list it on the resignation letter that you give them, thirty seconds before you quit and go to a decent company:) It's your call.
