Suspect's name is Gregory Paul Ulrich. This happened in Buffalo which is Wright County, not Minneapolis which is Hennepin County. St.Paul is Ramsey County. Wright County is an ex-urb rural type area of small towns. The suspect is a 67 year old white man with a history of crimes and threats and he's targeted the clinic before. He was living in a Motel 6.
