So the lawyer is saying this guy deserves some considerstion bc he held a top secret clearance at one time and worked with the fbi?

He never entered the Capital (says the lawyer), yet he received communications and was aware of the plan?

Whether agent provocateur or run of the mill agitator he shouldn't get any special treatment. Fuck him.
