**That is what worries me

Starting to see this site as a pacifier. And not just that, a way for the enemy to sharpen their knives. A pulpit for impotent rage. To be clear, I have seen both good and absolutely terrible information come from this place (yeah, I am looking at you, Q-tards). Almost, nothing actionable comes from it. We are being ruled and now they are just finding ways to "exterminate" us, for being insolent. Even our own "representation" has shown absolute contempt for us. This place needs to be more of a loud speaker for getting people who actually represent us into office. They can't rig everything. We need to vet and promote real people, not lifelong politicians. It will be a long and arduous process, but liberty and freedom are at stake. If the status quo is allowed to go on, it will girdle us into subservience.

Among the tactics listed by CointelPro (including forum sliding, topic dilution), one of the big things that feds do when infiltrating activist groups is making sure that the target of activism is misled, with the goal of wasting the activist's time and discouraging them.

If you're not here for fun, for the memes, or for some comfort, YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME. You're doing the job of the fed for them.

This is not a platform for organizing anything. This site is the path of least resistance for anyone trying to organize something real. The number one rule of getting someone to care about what you're offering is to make them show up in person. Any attempt to avoid doing that further (ie 'please don't get yourself killed guys' messaging from the mods) is hurting your cause.

And exactly what are you doing besides sitting on here and claiming that no one else is doing anything either and that you somehow know that for sure?

The courts will do what they're ordered to just like they did to protrct the election fraud. They have no loyalty to the Constitution.

Highly unlikely that SCOTUS would not overturn the prohibition because of the precedent it would set. If this is constitutional, a simple majority (of either Dems or Repubs) could bar any member of the opposite party from holding any federal office.

Do they WANT an actual "shadow government"?? Because that's what they'll end up with if they succeed.

Can y'all imagine someone like Gaetz or DeSantis with the full power of the presidency and a mind like Trump's steering the cart?

Yay

Seems there is a logical flaw in this argument. Trump has not been convicted of insurrection and if the Senate votes to acquit he won't be convicted there either.

Our system presumes innocence until the individual has had due process and is convicted of a crime.

I think it's all more theater to prevent Trump from doing anything.

  • Stop talking about election fraud or we'll use the 25th amendment.
  • Don't pardon Snowden or Assange or we'll impeach you (a threat directly from Mitch).
  • Don't start a new party or a new media network or we'll stop you from running.

At this point I don't even want Trump to run again. We could get Don Jr. or Gaetz or DeSantis in and that would be good for me.

Then it will go straight to the SCOTUS. This hasn't been used since Reconstruction. There's very little precedent and legal opinion on this matter.
