These people are morally and intellectually bankrupt. There is no reasoning with them because they have abandoned reason in favor of their ideology.
When I was in kindergarten we had some tricycles in the playground. I'd race my friend around the playground. If I got to the end first I'd say the first person to finish wins. If I got to the end second, I'd say the second person to get to the finish line wins.
I know. I keep saying stuff like: "So if Hitler's Youth called themselves the anti-Evil brigade, then they'd all be good guys, right?"
It's unbelievable that A) They tried such a stupid tactic and B) That it worked.
