The proof of God is a paradox. If He came in and showed you His face without giving you any room to doubt, it would be tantamount to enslaving you. This would not be loving. God does not create 4-sided triangles. God cannot trespass in a mind.
Consider this to re-imagine the idea of proof:
The proof that our legs are built for running is seen best in the beauty of a runner's legs.
Humans created the concept of the triangle as a shape with three angles and therefore three sides by definition. There are no four-sided triangles because a shape with four sides is by definition a quadrangle. Beauty is a much better place to argue from, but I still don't see how it would require a god in any way.
Plato would say that humans discovered the three-sided triangle, as it was always guaranteed to exist in a logical universe from the moment it started.
I was an atheist-in-all-but-name for most of my life. Hear me when I say, not all Christians are Christian, and not all who see the face of God call Him God. A beautiful human identity expresses the fruit of the relationship.
It's not proof if you need to already accept it beforehand.
