Fortunately, the Senate is not the final arbiter of what is Constitutional. However, this particular case won't get to SCOTUS, since it will be moot as soon as the actual impeachment vote happens and fails. GEOTUS can't really appeal not having been impeached to SCOTUS.
Just because some politicians vote to say something is Constitutional doesn't make it Constitutional. They don't decide that. The SCOTUS decides on those things
