It's there to enable weighted voting so that I can say that each vote for you is equal to 0.7 votes for you and each vote for me is 1.3 votes.
But that should not even be a feature in a voting system in our elections. Basically these systems should have the fewest features to make them less error prone.
And better yet no voting machines or vote tabulation machines should be used.
I still want to hear an explanation about how fractional voting works. How is this not the smoking gun that redpills everyone?
