It either is constitutional or not. If it is up for a vote, that means the constitution is null and void, because that means people just have to vote to interpret it a certain way and then that's it. Banning guns is unconstitutional, but if the senators vote that it is constitutional, that means it then is? Fuck this country. Secession now, it will be too late in a few years.

The Senate is proceeding with an Unconstitutional impeachment hearing right now. The whole trial should null and void. Justice Robert's knows this and that's why he isnt presiding over it
Constitutionality is ruled on by the courts, not the US Senate. So it's a sham impeachment trial, opening with a non-sequitor vote on constitutionality.
By the ACTUAL CONSTITUTION the Senate has NO SAY, in whether something is constitutional or not.
