It either is constitutional or not. If it is up for a vote, that means the constitution is null and void, because that means people just have to vote to interpret it a certain way and then that's it. Banning guns is unconstitutional, but if the senators vote that it is constitutional, that means it then is? Fuck this country. Secession now, it will be too late in a few years.

I agree generally, but what happens if the left manages to jam through amendments outlawing guns, for instance, or to enshrine abortion as legal?
