If the military is no longer following the President then we a failed state. The President has a duty to use the Emergency system to tell the people that there was a military coup. He swore an oath to defend against foreign and DOMESTIC threats. Not to play golf when it gets real.

How do you send the military to seize voting machines if they flat out say no? Fire them? Then the next guy says no. Then what?

The military lied to Trump about troop levels in Syria for months if not years. Trump wanted a draw down. They wanted war.
They don't follow the President.
