Worked in both TV & movies, mostly as a script coordinator. Most writers are treated like 3rd class citizens, unless they're also producers, which most do both so they have more control over their content. Many liberal writers are kooks, a natural asset to the DS. Sometimes, script/show/movie revisions were made by writers I never heard of, were not the original writers nor staff writers (which didn't make sense considering all the contracts that need to be in place for that to happen). In other cases, a director or a network executive or a studio executive sent instructions to a writer(s) to make specific changes to scripts (which were always obeyed). Happened frequently in movies, esp. at WB. Happened in TV, esp. sitcoms & some sci-fi.
The CIA will have assets under their thumb via blackmail or cash bribes like directors/producers. Then they will use "useful idiots" like libtard writers to push the agenda without even knowing they are puppets for the Deep State.
