We may be bound to the law; but our issue is that we never actually operate in our full capacity. There are ton of things that could have been done to stop Biden and fix the vote. There are tons of things that could be done now to nullify his EOs; but our politicians refuse to do them. We have to fight to even get them to think about making a committee to determine if they have the authority to make another committee that might look at the issue if the governor says it's okay.
I’ll give you that, cowardice of our politicians is another major problem in our ranks. If they had a backbone (or any moral bones), they would have fought against the blatant assault on our Constitution.
