Primary everyone, Democrats, Republicans, everyone. That way their should we win one side or the other, WE can be the two wings of the same bird instead of the corrupt swamp.

Sounds good on paper. Same thing Tea Party was calling for. Even though things are looking even worse now, primaries typically weed out very few. Special interests contribute money. Money buys ads. Ads keep people voting for the same idiots. I'm not saying it CAN'T change, just that it isn't likely any time soon.
