Trump awakened the Deep State. r/wallstreetbets poked at the Deep State. The Swamp is irritated and ready to snap back.

We live in unprecedented times. Though we don't know what to expect, like you said, prepare yourselves. God bless

I believe that was all an act. These are professional actors. China now has access to our power grid and your highest level courts. I would hope for the best, but expect the worst. I may go to Valhalla but I'll take some with me!

If youre playing 4 hours+ of video games a day realize you can still play 3 hours+ and be in great shape!

Working out is only an hour a day thing a few times a week! And stop eating sugar.

I train every day. Day 1 and day 4 its 3+ hrs. The days in between are ~2.5 hrs. When I'm not training or raising/ educating my children im reading history books and the bible. I have put games down for the most part.

That sounds like pretty extreme overtraining. Probably hurting yourself in the long term. 3 hrs? You on roids? lol.

And carbs are def not all the same. The molecular shape varies drastically. Fiber is a carbs and isnt even soluable.

And anyway I said 'if youre playing...' Good for you for having your life in order!

Lol, not at all. Each set is a 20 min run, then curl 100lbs on a barbell 11 times, then 260 sit ups, then 30 dips, then curls with 45lbs on dumbbells at 3 different positions 11 reps each, then 40 pushups on the bar. 3 sets of each with 4 days of rest in between. Some weeks i do various pull ups/ latpulls in place of the barbells. Every other day is core training only, I run every day. I have been doing this a while and every time it gets easy I up the weight. You can deff hurt yourself if You push too hard too fast.

Oh, and I forgot to mention I train with my swords, and hit the bag atleat 3 days a week. I don't take any steroids, I just eat what would be considered a raw diet. I cut out as much of the added shit as much as I can. You are absolutely right about carbs too, something most ppl aren't aware of.

Shit is getting really scary..

Remember when Jesus was in the garden and Simon peter cut off the soldiers ear? If they were truly supposed to turn the other cheek... then why did they have swords? Why did Simon Peter defend? Natural instinct? Love?

Christians don’t get it anymore..

It’s ok to cut off their fucking ears now.. Jesus has already ascended to heaven. It is complete

If we don’t do something...

We are getting “reprogrammed” or worse.

Agreed 111% Christians are expected to be weak and always be submissive. The bible is full of examples where peoples rise against evil, and God fully backs wars. It is time to stand agenst the devil, even if it means death, for it you truly believe you will never die!
