Twitter is a cess pool of face accounts used to push a narrative. And yes, they make the accounts look real. Between Share Blue, Chinese agents, russian agents, Iranian agents etc.. There is a lot of narrative shaping that happens on Twitter. Twitter helps it along by always pushing anti Trump stuff up and pro Trump stuff down in the comments.
