If you haven't secured your food and water supplies yet, you had better not wait much longer. This won't end well for those who fail in this. Starvation will bring an army to it's knees every time.

Some are suspecting this to control all food production and transportation, in order to artificially generate those "food crises" and "famine" that he talks so much about, and that he will blame "climate change".
