Why sure he is. I've already said that the Democrats will FIND an excuse NOT to recall him. And he is Nancy Pelosi's nephew. For now they have everything locked up to their advantage. However later they will find out that their plans have failed and they will be arrested for Treason and NOT going by the U.S. Constitution.
