I never said I wanted it to be sold in american stores. I believe legalization puts more scrutiny on the plant than the black market does. I want it to be de-scheduled and non regulated like alcohol and tobacco. No possession limit, no laws impeding a person from growing a hundred plants or even more.
But that is what we've got. Alcohol and tobacco are regulated, but I understand your point and even agree with it. However, there are always downsides to everything.
