Yep. That’s why people profile. 13 percent of the population is black, 6.5 are men, 2 percent are between 16 and 35, and of those half are well dressed hard working people. If you are a ghetto looking guy tatted and up
With pants around your ankles and in your mid 20s, statistically you are astronomically likely to be a felon or up to no good. That goes for every race, but black people are more likely to present themselves as ghetto
Criminals dress and behave in a particular way in order to signal to other criminals. An experienced cop can identify a criminal in a crowd the second he sees him.
Obviously, all the things you say are identifiers, but another one you might not be aware of is age appropriate clothing. Crooks in their 30s, 40s, 50s often dress like crims in their teens. It's as if their social development becomes frozen in time at the teenage level. It might be IQ related, but there's a good chance it's because that's when their incarceration started.
Less than that as not all of the 14-45 year old males are involved in gang/drug activities. Really more like 2-2.5%, if that.

Yes; black criminals are more likely to wear that shit on their sleeve.
Correct. "Street Cred" is a big deal in the jogger/jogger-emulator communi-tay.
